Punctuality

Lessons will begin and end at their specified times.  Lessons can often not be extended due to lateness. If regular tardiness occurs, I may, after discussion, choose to open that lesson slot to other students.

24-hour Cancellation Policy

Students must provide 24 hours notice if they cannot attend a lesson.  If cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, the full lesson fee is still payable.  Cancellations MUST be made by email or text message (or via student online portal).

Teacher rescheduling

If the circumstance arises that I'm too ill to conduct lessons, your deposit will be carried over to the next available time that suits both of us.

Payment

Cash is accepted during lessons only.  Alternatively, invoices can be emailed weekly and can be paid by credit card, PayPal, or direct deposit.  Invoices must be paid in full before the next lesson.   Pre-payment by month or term can also be arranged.

Bulk Lessons / Gift Vouchers

If bulk lessons or a gift voucher is purchased, please note these expire 12 months after the purchase date. These purchases are non-refundable; however, in some cases they are transferrable. If you feel you will no longer use these, the option of transferral can be discussed.

Lessons in Credit

Any lessons remaining in credit must be used before the commencement of the following term. Advance paid lessons not used prior to the following term (e.g. during the holidays) will be forfeited.

Communications / Privacy

Your privacy is important.  Your contact information is kept within the studio and will not be sold to or shared with any other organisation.  I may contact you from time-to-time with news and updates related to the studio. You can opt-out of emails at any time.
